I feel like bad days are coming again, or should I say normal. I don't feel too good mentally.
I was at the barbers' yesterday, and even though I think I look quite decent again, I feel like I wasted money. I don't have any reasons to look or feel good about myself.

@Maegaranthelas I simply don't deserve nice things. Why do anything if it'll ultimately make us feel worse anyway?

Thank you @Calico. My day wasn't particularly better. I'm in a weird place in my life where I don't know what I want and where I'm going.
I feel really lost and that's extremely overwhelming and scary.

I agree. Life is overwhelming. You've heard the mantra Take it one day at a time. Sometimes, a day is too much. Then, we have to break it down to one hour...too much? Break it down to a minute. Still too much? Break it down to a moment. Then...start stringing them together.

@CODawn Sometimes even a moment is too much. Constant overthinking will destroy me one day. Those mood swings. From euphoria to depression and back.
