So not entirely sure what I am going to post here.
My name is Amanda. I am a 33yo, Mother, Tradwife, and muslim hijabi woman.
Highest Weight: ~400lbs (At that size I wasn't exactly weighing myself)
Lowest Weight: ~ 150lbs (After the first baby! Lost 150lbs in one 8-month period!)
Current Weight: 165lbs
Looking to lose 30 lbs, build muscle ("skinny feminine muscle"), and generally have higher fitness abilities.
Due to being overseas, being a mom, being a hijabi, and covid leftover nonsense, I prefer to work out at home. I hate having tons of inventory/stuff around the house, so I prefer bodyweight exercises.
Currently going through Foundational Light.
