Went out for a run yesterday. Already good! I lowered the intervals and pace and my heart rate was kept in the acceptable heart rate zone. Just accepted it. Yes, I can't run for long. Yes, I can't run fast. Yes, I look like a turtle. But I do it.
Today in our area the water was turned off (for 2.5 days!!!!). We spent the whole day with the children on the river. The sun was very aggressive, and it seems we got a slight sunburn. I still can't get used to such climate change in our region. High temperature and bright sun provoked a migraine attack. Ok, I was ready for this. Of course, the plan for a good day failed, but it does not depend on me. I also accepted this.
