Hi, hello, how you all doing? It's been a while.
I first fell upon Darebee during UK lockdown back in April 2020. I was an active user for a while, then life got got busy again and I fell away. Like Hotel California, I checked out but never left.
Gained weight, got a dog, started walking dog and lost some weight, started running with dog and lost even more weight. Been running about a year, happy with current weight but need to get back my general fitness/stamina/strength. I have a Half Marathon planned for the 7th May so will be jumping on the 12 week HM plan and adding another plan, tbc
I run between 6-10km three times a week and walk about 30km a week
