"Foundation: Level 3 | Core Strength: Level 1"
I’m not one to constantly update, so I plan to update monthly.

I started the Foundation program in July and the Core Strength add-on in August.

This month I will be completing level 2 of Foundation and with some trouble level 1 of Core Strength.

My overall goal is to improve muscle tone/strength. Completion: On going

Goal for September:
Foundation program level 3
Core Strength add-on level 1
