Saying goodbye to al the people I worked & otherwise spent time with for the past 3 months was weird, but it also went over smoother than I expected. I received (and exchanged) many friendly words and well wishes over the course of the week
Yesterday (Saturday):
Yesterday was another challenging day, because I had to finish packing & cleaning and then drove home for several hours. It was mentally tiring and I only managed to do Universal Warmup in the morning, and some leg swings + shoulder circles during a travel break.
Going To Bed On Time Challenge ⏸ (although I was in bed quite early actually, but for some reason I already decided to just restart with day 1 on the first day of march)

Looking back on February: the month simply went by much too quickly!
Review of Goals for February:
🏋 Back and Core Program: I did work on this, but I never really got into it that much. I will continue with it but won't make this my main goal.

daylight: yes, lots of lovely walks!

do a darebee challenge with a friend: this worked out and I am motivated to try again next month!

pick goals for the last 4 acro trainings: I'm happy with how this went, though at least during 1 training I could have tried a little harder to work on challenging things.
