Congrats
:worried:

Anywhere Abs + EC (to replace the standing ab challenge)
Upperbody Tendon Strength + EC (to replace Arms of Steel Seated)
PPL Push B + EC (10lbs)

The next two weekends I know will be busy, but basically my schedule is quite full from the Rolex24 to the Daytona500, so I figured I wouldn't get to keep up with the challenges and program, but still was worth the try.

Anywhere Abs + EC (to replace the standing ab challenge)
Upperbody Tendon Strength + EC (to replace Arms of Steel Seated)
Casual Training - Mission Possible (not really sure what the EC on this one mean, like take longer rests maybe, but I just did them by the numbers anyways)

Had to take a few days of off for the Roar Before the 24 and will have to take this week off for the Rolex 24, so no real plan this week other than trying stuff out.
Got the treadmill unpacked, and did half an hour on it, with an avg speed of 1.8 mph
Also did Knuckles level 1

Seated Strength - Level I - 10lbs dumbbells
1.08 mile walk on the treadmill, 43m11s, 3321 steps, avg speed of 1.5mph

Today was the first day of the semester and I got to be the directory in the lobby telling everyone where their classroom is, for 10 hours.

It only lasts 18hours, but the feeling diminished takes a week out of me.
Although last time I ended up climbing up Kuwohi in Great Smokey Mountain NP, this time I just went to work and got lectured at about how the Professor couldn't figure out how to access SketchUp for their classes the day I took off (its browser based, so you just go to the website and long into a free account).

Anyways, today was a busier day at work, so only got the Power Squat Workout in.

Having a few more delays than I would have liked, but it is what it is.
Did get an Exercise of the Day in with 50 Chest Expansions.
And Seated Warrior lv I + EC to get something rolling.
Did manage to rearrange an intrusion into my plans so I can start the 5K training on Friday, so happy about that.
Will probably lower my dumbbells plates when I get back to PPL so I don't exhaust myself restarting that training routine.

8 Weeks to 5K - Day 1 - Check.
Forecast called for the weather to be 20 degrees warmer at the start of the week, that would have been nice.
The first minute was rough, think I went a bit too fast, but wasn't sure how to pace myself; assuming that comes with experience, so it was an experience.

8 Weeks to 5K - Day 04 - Level 3 - Complete

Few issues, mixture of me not giving myself enough space to keep my arms fully extended when doing the rotations and not putting my hands back in the right spot, causing them to drift more to my centerline and putting more pressure on my wrists.
Things for me to keep in mind for next time.

EDIT: Just noticed, the preview image shows day 4 has push ups, but the updated version has plant rotations, which is probably why I thought I was forgetting something.

8 Weeks to 5K - Day 08 - Complete
5 days on diet, yay, boss almost messed me up, so had to eat light the rest of the day, made the run more tiresome than I think it should have been, but still fine.
Now watching the guy who voiced Vegeta and Piccolo in DragonBall Z Abridged rate protein bars, and finding some option I want to try, and learning more about how macros work (other than these are the parameters).

8 Weeks to 5K - Day 10 - Complete
Core Control Challenge - Day 2 - Complete
Exercise of the Day - 40 Side Leg Swings - Complete

Doing 100 side legs swings in a row might have been a tad foolhardy, but I am a hardy fool.

8 Weeks to 5K - Day 11 - Level 3 - Complete
Core Control Challenge - Day 3 - Complete

Probably should have waited longer after dinner to do the Program today, gave myself a tummy ache.
Enjoying the shoulder taps and the plank rotations but need to make more space at home to extend my arms at ground level.
