Arms of Steal [Seated] - 24/30
Standing Abs Challange - 24/30

I went with the Arms of Steal because I could do it at work.
I think I've gotten to do it about 5 times at work.
Also found out I'm proctoring certification exams till 8pm on the first, the day I planned on starting Runners Prime, so might have to just use the treadmill on day one.

Decided to invest in an adjustable bench, so Arms of Steal didn't leave me with lower back pain.
I never was any good at sitting on stools or bleachers.
And it fits the space a bit nicer, so I don't think I'll hit my knuckles anymore when I have to do things like reverse angels.

Touch the Bar - Max - 1/1

Kinda thought I was going to have a max of 2/1, but nowhere to go but up I suppose ^^
I am proud of that pun, and no one will take that away from me.

Touch the Bar -Mix - 1 Pull-up, 2 Chin-ups, 2 Neutral Grip Pull-ups

69 days with two goals completed ... nice
Also drove my forehead into the popcorn ceiling on my second chin-up, so that was comedic

First Thing Plank Hold - 1/30
Runner Prime - 1/31 - 1.59mi (2.56km)
Touch The Bar - Hang - 10 Count

Had to proctor a certification test till 8pm, so couldn't go out for a run (I scare people normally, can't imagine me running at twilight huffing and puffing), so I used the treadmill instead.
Kind of regret not spending more to get one that has the upper section, but even at half the distance I had to do for the 5k program since it was moving at a constant speed of 3.2 I was moving to match it, so my pace felt better.
Still day three will be interesting.

I hate the last three weeks of the semester.
Felt terrible when I got off work, was debating running and feeling worse, or treadmill and under perform.
Then three bolts of lightning hit the horizon at the same time, so went with the treadmill.
But I did get to plug PPL plan back into my routine, lowered the dumbbells down to 5lbs and did the upper rep count, so happy with that.

Yea, doing W-Extensions and Reverse Angels laying on my bench is way better than doing them on my floor
Feels less dirty too, and yes, I do vacuum my carpet often, so I don't think it's that
Honestly it was probably the plank holds in the yoga that was the toughest today

Wouldn't even call it rain, more like a breezy mist, but feels like it through me off, the bottom of my foot started cramping at the 7-minute mark and had to do a weird stride using my heel instead.

Adjustable bench wasn't great for this routine, will probably go with Core for Runners next week, even though it's a Metcon instead of Strength now, it will probably workout in the end, not like I'm trying for a washboard anyways.

Runner Prime - 15/31 - ish
Touch The Bar - Hang
PPL: B - Anywhere Abs

Things were going well, till. 4:48, then I was informed that the higher ups mixed up their dates and instead of substitute teaching in two weeks I'm doing it next week.
And the night class starts a 6:30pm, and goes to 9:30pm, and I only agreed to it because it was on even days, but in reality, they are on odd days.
So, Runner Prime is in jeopardy, not helped by it's been going badly, my legs are feeling more like lead, and with the heat index it's 90F (32.2C) outside, so I made it 10 minutes today then coughed up a bit of stomach acid.
So, I stopped, walked back home, rested for a bit, then did 30 on the treadmill.
So, I might just call RP as a wash and try again in a few months.

Was informed I would be spending all day in the sun tomorrow when it's going to be 95 + heat index, so yea, fully discouraged for Runner Prime and calling it, will try again in December or something.
So, 60 Days of Walking sounds good, have the treadmill for it.

Planks are getting longer and getting more ups, so that's nice.
Anyone else just click on their notifications to get to their check in threads, or is that just a me thing?
