So, yeah, exact same thing as the last post xD
Forgot to update and then it gets so much that it takes too much time/effort and then a week has gone by :p

I was also away for the weekend where I did loads of walking and had absolutely no energy left for anything else.
Or even space to do push-ups at the hotel (tiny tiny room that was also effectively a sauna!)

Today I will try to catch up on First Thing Push-Ups, and tomorrow/the day after on Epic Legs (still not somewhere with much space)
I got up to day 24 on both of those before walking and dancing became the order of the day!

I do remember there being some flutter kicks and lunges for Age of Pandora before the weekend, but no full day of the programme.

I am also very very tired but this was an amazing festival-experience :lovely:

August 8
First Thing Push-Ups day 29
Epic Legs day 27

made a lot of progress on chores and sewing, ended up having a nice evening entertainment with friends and am now too tired to catch up on squats.
Tomorrow is a new day!
And hopefully, the final day of these challenges =D

Turns out that I was actually getting a migraine, so most of today was spent on bed intermittently knitting :')

Finally felt good enough to move a bit and put stuff in the bread machine.
I think I will let myself do the 'first thing' push-ups just before bed this time :chuckle:

August 9
First Thing Push-Ups day 30
Epic Legs day 29 and 30
:completed:

:lovely: Thank you @HellYeah @graoumia @Fremen @PetiteSheWolf @Anek @MadamMeow

Yay, the migraine hangover is gone!
Since we are also getting a new warm spell, I decided to be reasonable and do some light exercise.

August 10
Unbound day 1
Stomach Vacuums day 1
Walking about 40 minutes total
August 11
Unbound day 2
Stomach Vacuums day 2
Walking about 30 minutes total
AoP 50 flutter kicks

Tomorrow is going to be 34 degrees out so I will probably try to connect my little aircon unit.
I would like to be able to do more than just lie down and wait for it to get less warm :p

P.S. it feels good to finally get some badges again. They do help motivation ^^

August 12 (morning)
Unbound day 4
Stomach Vacuums day 4

When I woke up it was already too warm, so I had to have the aircon on intermittently throughout the day.
Suffer because my silly body overheats and malfunctions, or because the cold air cramps up my muscles... Let's alternate xD
But the heat finally broke! The promised storms seem to have missed me, but the air is far cooler. It will take ages for the house to cool down, but cool it shall =D
And with the cool air came the will to do another round!

August 13 (evening)
Unbound day 5
Stomach Vacuums day 5
AoP 50 flutter kicks

Unbound day 6
Stomach Vacuums day 6
AoP 40 lunges

August 14 (evening)
Unbound day 7
Stomach Vacuums day 7
AoP 50 flutter kicks

Finally a cooler day! My house hasn't cooled down much yet, but it was livable =D
I immediately did too much and got hit with the nausea hammer multiple times today :tap:
But my project is progressing nicely which means I am slightly less stressed about it, yay!

Tomorrow hopefully a nice walk across town :)

There's a hardcore festival on nearby and it's been BONKBONKBONK all weekend. Not a happy bunny.
Very good progress on my sewing project though!
And I am kinda very tempted to make a serious attempt at regency dress... Not that I have the time, but still xD

So I may stop the stomach vacuums challenge, I keep feeling bleh afterwards.
I think it's activating precisely the ab muscles that have a tendency to cramp up and require a lot of massaging to actually release.
That or it's tightening other things that are pulling my spine out of whack.
I wonder if I can modify them in some way to stay within the spirit of the challenge :q:

I decided to try pelvic tilts for time @graoumia , so more like cat-cow pose but focused on the pelvic tilt and lower back instead of the entire back.
I can feel in my lower back that I did some work, but it's not yet caused the pain the other exercises did, so I think it might work!

Mostly I've been away at a festival and veeeeeeery tired :p

Did them in the morning, thinking I might be able to do a bit more in the evening.
It's now evening and I am super sleepy, so I think it will be an early night xD

I did make a massive pan of leek&potato soup though. That will see me through a good few meals ^^

Oh, that's a sillier typo than usual xD The risks of updating my log just before I go to sleep.

I wrote it up in January, here's a link =D

September 3
Unbound day 21
Stomach Vacuums day 21
10 push-ups, 10 squats
1000 Squats day 3

There's a lot of construction going on around my house and street this month, and it's stressing me out.
Luckily I am going away for a long weekend, would be nice to be able to sleep in the morning.

Been a while since the last update, I haven't been home! Went to a festival, which required loads of travel time. Did not do my programmes, but obviously lots of walking and even some squats and push-ups here and there!

Unfortunately I also managed to hurt myself, something pulled wrong in my back on Saturday morning. Most things have since clicked back into place, but there's still something amiss somewhere and I don't have total pain-free range of motion yet.

We are now back at partner's house (didn't relish all the early-morning construction noises at mine) so hopefully I will be able to stretch out my upper spine and get the remaining wayward bits in line. And, of course, attempt to restart my consistent exercise.

(Edit: upon rereading I see that last line implies I lost my streak, I did not! I just haven't been doing the programmes, plenty of physical movement happened all weekend xD)

Most of all though, I will try to rest xD
What a wonderful festival weekend :lovely:

Thank you @Anek :sendlove:
It was pretty painful on the day, but my lovely friends gave me back-rubs, some mead (allergic to painkillers, so muscle relaxant was necessary) and help getting changed. Throughout the day bits of my neck would go click and hurt less. This morning my neck was rather stiff but by now it feels almost back to normal :)

September 10
Unbound day 21
Stomach Vacuums day 22
10 push-ups, 10 squats
1000 Squats day 4 & 6 EDIT: and 8 while brushing my teeth

Will fully admit I didn't feel like exercising, we seem to have caught some kind of pathogen at the festival so we're a little extra tired and sniffly and sore. But I did it anyway ^^
Might try to slowly catch back up on the squat challenge until it gets too difficult to stack the days. But I am also prepared to have to scale back if the sickness gets worse. We will see! I did well today and that's all I can control.

More of a cold! And travel. And yes I did feel my legs xD
Decided to make it more of a rest day, I think doing big workouts day after day would currently mess with my recovery.
So yesterday was chill, and today will get a bit more action :yas:

Rough day, but massively improved by the discovery of the European Tram Driving Championships!
Yeah, turns out people have been holding Tram obstacle course competitions for a few years already.
Who would have thought I was in for a nail-biter of a finale in this sport?! But it truly was =D
No unbound today as I do not have the strength to hold myself in weird positions, let's see what tomorrow brings :vibes:

I was well enough to wash my hair, which of course meant I was more tired for the rest of the day xD
But the exercise happened!

I am also slowly making progress on a project I have been putting off for ages.
I have one comfortable flannel shirt and two pieces of flannel fabric.
So I am trying to take the pattern off of my good flannel without taking it apart, which is a challenge, and not exciting for my brain.
But if I just do one step each day, I will get there!

I am also trying to knit four rows a day of the sleeve my brain is burnt out on.
And cast on a new winter hat that I am making up as I go along =D
My brain is accepting the little boring tasks and very happy with the new hat progress

30 Days of Cardio Light
days 1 and 2. I figured I might as well double up on the days they feel easy =D
I also did day 1 of Arms of Steel but I saw that day 2 has push-ups and plank rotations.
The new level system states that even Level 3 doesn't have push-ups, so I expect this one to undergo some changes in the near future. I think I might hold off
Age of Pandora day 9. I also went hunting for Stingtail (5x 10 high knees + 10 climbers: 35scraps)
I then decided I wanted to actually write out a list of all the things you can hunt and fish and what the exercises I can do are worth in scraps.
I immediately miss-clicked one so now I had to fish for the Carabin: 10 x 2 dragon push-ups + 10 knife-hand strikes :tired:
it's worth 35 scraps, by the way xD
Gathered some Barru (20 jump squats: 15 scraps) and Shraams (50 squats: 15 scraps) and then had a protein shake.
Yeah I had some motivation and a lot more energy today, so I decided to invest it in working out :pose:
