They're just very confused. The organisation of this whole house adaptation stuff has been rather meh :')
But it's also simply the fact that they had to do this work in the other 29 houses but not in mine, and they're clearly not paying enough attention.

I decided to finally reread a novel I lent to a friend years ago who then forgot to give it back for about three years.
It was a restorative read, and I actually managed to get a very satisfactory amount of stuff done today :bigyes:

Age of Pandora I finally hunted that Mincer! (50x jab+cross+2push-ups: 55 scraps) That was the last one to fill out my list.
I traveled to the Mountain Cave and completed Chapter 10 and the army crawl job.

Morning was a little less rough, I managed to do a decent amount of tidying today =)

3×10 dumbbell rows (3kg). I think I need to balance out my push-ups and train my upper back as well, might help prevent some of my issues in future.

Arms of Steel day 1 (looked at day 2 and immediately remembered why I noped out. Day 1 is so easy and then you get push-ups to failure and rotating planks...)

I'm a little at a loss which programme to do next. I really struggle with cardio, and that's basically all I have left on level 2. But a lot of level 3 stuff also seems very high impact.
Maybe I will do more challenges for a bit until I figure it out.

Congratulations on completing 30 Days of Cardio Light @Maegaranthelas !

But a lot of level 3 stuff also seems very high impact.
Can you do any of the Level 3 Programs with modifications? I did several Level 3 Programs with my mother, substituting step-jacks for any jumping variations, and incline planks & push-ups for any standard ones.

Thank you, lovelies! I probably just slightly dislocated it either during or when sleeping after.
A physio realised a few years ago that my shoulder blades didn't actually engage at any point of lifting my arms xD
We worked on that a lot and they do something most of the time now, but the shoulders are still my least stable joints.
Today the pain is pretty much gone though :bigyes:

I am posting early today because I was so tired yesterday I forgot to mention that I went to a delightful concert!
Damian Wilson is my favourite singer, and he's delightfully fun chaos.
He brought some of his brothers to sing harmonies with him, and that was so lovely. They did great!

I am so glad I was mentally ready to come back to Darebee, it's been wonderful and motivating.
Even on my bad days I can just do a little bit and not beat myself up about it, because I know you cheer on every personal victory.
Rest days for the sake of your health are highly encouraged here, and that helps me actually take them without fretting.

Fatigue has been very high, and I had an appointment which took all of my spoons for the day. And many for today!
But in the evening I felt good enough to do some exercise again ^^

I was already able to touch my toes, but I do think this helped prevent a bunch of pain in my hips.
I should try to keep these kinds of exercises going a couple of times per week :)

I've had to have a lot of resting days, a lot of hours of just sitting down because I am too tired to function,
and my hips aren't as painful as they usually are after this :D

I did start a new knitting project for my sanity ^^
Treated myself to the Royale jumper pattern on ravelry. Bring on the little cables!
I liked it enough that I expect to make it in several colours eventually xD
Here's hoping the pattern knits up well =)
