- Morning Stretching
- Baseline Program, Day 1 - Level III
- Exercise of the Day: 20 Side kicks
- Workout of the Day: Plan B - Level I
- Performing side kicks was more difficult than expected. My range of motion is lacking; might focus on flexibility training down the road.
- Going to include warmup exercises.
- Going to include 30 day challenges.
