"Striving to be the change."
I was supposed to start another program today, but 1. I have absolutely no energy and 2. I don't which one should I pick.
TEN is I think a good program for when you have no mental energy. 'Cause you never have to worry about counting sets, how many sets to do, how much time you need for the workout, etc. You just set a timer for 10 minutes, and when the timer goes off, you're done. (When I did it, I didn't even worry about counting reps. I just set a repeating loop timer and switched exercises I think every twenty seconds.)

Thank you guys!
Unfortunately I have to put the program and the challenge on hold. The shoulder isn't getting better, but also it's not getting worse.
I hate this "domino effect". Every time I'm down mentally the body follows, and everytime I'm injured or hurt the mind follows.

Done today:

2-Minute Arms Workout
That's all I'm willing to do today...

I saw @Laura Rainbow Dragon secret santa post. I'd love to join, but I'm not sure if my anxiety will allow me to.
Oh well, I still have some time...

Good night/day bees!
