Resisting starting something new because I know that Secret Santa is about to drop off presents and I need to be able to do that.
But I have picked out the programs I want to do for January. So, I am totally excited for that. I am planning on Hard Reset Cardio and Ten. Though Total Body Strength looks intriguing. Just need to pick a challenge, and I think I'll be good to go!!
Went to the weight loss doctor today. M is doing good, he's down 10+ pounds.
Me, I am not really seeing much change. I am not gaining, which is great, and I did have a loss of 1% of fat, so that's something.
But now, she wants me to start really tracking my calories so that I am more aware of what I am eating and how much. Which is fair. And to try going no gluten for a few weeks to see if that might be a factor. She thinks I might have a gluten intolerance. Might help with the bloating and
constipation/diarrhea. But, I'm going to wait until after Christmas festivities to cut out the gluten and start counting. That is too much stress to be worrying about during the holidays.
