The amount of hip popping my body emitted while doing clamshells was quite high.

Was hoping to do more ab work today, but dang was today busy / ill-timed, so just went with what I know

Woke up with my left tricep pulled and I know exactly which rep that happened on, but nothing Tiger Balm can't solve.
Still took the 580 punches slow, and it only stung when I bent my elbow, so arm scissors were fine too.
Also noticed there is a streak tracker in the profile, too lazy to scroll thru and figure out how many days in a row it's been, but between the challenges and the program this month I just set it to a 15-day streak, it will be 30 days in less than a week anyways.

Tried PPL A this week, not sure if I liked it more or less than B.
Did pull my tricep on Pull Day, but I'm trying to not let that cloud my judgement.
Will probably switch back to B for next week.
Should probably see if any benches are on sale this week so I can do some of the alternatives.

Those cross crunches took way more out of me then I expected, think I'll have to rethink what I'll be doing on ab day to improve that.

@Daptomycin Well in January I'll be doing Arms of Steel [SEATED], I just want to get a bit more stamina in my left shoulder, and I can do it at work.
And February I'm switching from PPL Training Plan to the PPL Program, because the program is 28 days, so fits nicely; will probably change to a more cardio based training plan for that month.
After that probably the 8 Weeks to 5K.
