Middleage start

Hello,
I found this site, and it is goregous.

Well, situation is like this:
- I'm 49 years old
- don't have any sports activities
- I work at office on PC, sit in car, and get home watch tv on couch, and every day same.
- once or two days at week I'm walking few kilometers
- eat what wife puts on table
- drink cofee and smoke up to one pack
- sleep 6-7 hours a day
- recently I startee to feel pain in bones and mussles when woke up
- my knee pains as I had surgery 10 years ago

So, I set goals:
- improve fitness
- become more healthy
- improve s*x form, if its possible

A decide to start with 10 minutes general fitness program.
Starting tonight, and if not get heatr attack, I'll check out Progress.

First day

Iz wasnt so hard. I got sweat, and hart rate was 99bpm.
My heigt is 174cm, and weight 75kg.
We'll see what is for tomorrow.

Wow, 2nd day..
I made it. Hard to catch breath after 10 minutes, but it works.
Now I messured myself, and will take measures again after 30 days, to see if there was any progress. I write down biceps, chest, belly, hips, legs.

Breakfast: "Topa" (traditional bosnian meal, chease on butter)


Lunch: Döner, beef with bread and salad

Third day, and I'm wounded. After starting enthusiasm, It's time to face bitter reality.
Second day was for legs and lover body, and now my muscles inflamed and I walk as zombie. And today in exercises for arms and shoulders, it started to get painful in left shoulder. I didn't know that I even have muscles there.
I was watching our strong and beautiful teachers on video tutorials how they are doing exercises with smile and easy. But that's not my case, when stopwatch ticked 10 minutes, it was salvation. I understand now what is meaning of "old beaten dog".
But no surrender. I hope tomorrow will be better.

It's a mental trick. If you smile while exercising it actually makes it easier to get through. You don't have to feel like smiling, the act itself sends a signal to your brain: "this is fun, this is enjoyable". At the very least, your brain gets confused and pain signal gets jammed I works for me! At this point, it's the Pavlov's dog response with me

I'll try different approach, this is kinda boring... Who gives a s*hit which exercises I make.

So I started M&B2 Bannerlord game from beginning, I'll try to make progress in combination with Darebee exercises. I'll make diary, but my English is bad, so I'm not sure what will that look like. I'll write what ever get on my mind. Wish me luck.

Beginning

I woke up lying on the ground, with my hands and legs tied with ropes. My body was in pain, as I got beating from robbers. How dare they. I'm from Khuzait nomadic people, from steppes. Our whole life is struggle. My guard was sleeping under the tree, my horse was tied, and my sabre sword and bow was near him. Careless bastard, he didn't even concern that I'm trying to get rid of ropes. It took 10 minutes, but I succeeded. I kicked his ugly drunken face, and he wont woke up for long.

Hours later I was approaching some mountain village. I was in middle of Empire lands, and didn't know what to expect from this people, everybody is careful toward strangers, especially concerning Eastern "savages". Nobody didn't even look at me. I guess they have their own problems. I tide up my horse in front of barn, and I take a short walk to the village chieftain. Maybe he will have some food or job for me.

Don't deal with peasants

I didn't find village elder, maybe he was around, but when you don't know language, it is very hard to make connection and get what you want. Then suddenly I felt need for pee, but whoever I asked for WC, everyone just said:
- Pigaínete éxo apó to chorió.*
I didn't understand, and I started to jump around as crazy. Finally, I ran out in filed, and after my comeback, somebody give me some bread and cheese, and I lay down on the straw in front my horse to get some sleep. But at that moment stray dog started to bark at me, trying go byte my leg. I was trying to defend from ground against crazy dog, and after a while, I finally picked my stuff, get on my horse and leave the village.
It was an easy ride on horse, while I was thinking about what to do next, I'm heading towards the town of Poros, to find if there is any job to make some money. I have 1000 dinars, and with that I will try to recruit some guys, find some companions, and form some kind of band to restore my clan.
Just before sunset I arrived in front of city gates. Guardsman said:
- Geia sou xéne, ti théleis?** - it seems he is welcoming me, so I replied:
- Merhaba.*** Geiá sou!

First assignment

I didn't look like a dangerous type, so guards left me enter the city. After long walk through the Poros, I found some gang leader caled Phirentos the Knife. After short conversation he said:
- Chreiázomai meriká sklirá paidiá gia ti douleiá. * - obviously he was recruiting thugs, so I promised him that I bring seven guys next month.
For that task I found 10 adventure craving guys in city and surrounding villages, as I wasn't able to find thugs by myself. From far in field we spotted five member gang, and followed them. Damn they were fast! We were on their track whole day, almost running after them, so we even crossed border and entered Western Empire.
Finally we get to them. I didn't fight for long time, so I was kinda rusty. Then I remembered time I was captured and spend few years in slavery in Vlandia, west lands far away. Everyday I was secretly watching gorgeous noble warrior girl who was practicing fight. I didn't know her name, I called her Goldenhair. Now she was in front of my mind eyes while fist fight started, but they run again, and my band pursued them.
Unfortunately, they didn't want to surrender, so my guys killed them all, while I was circling around them on my horse.
