Procrastination strikes early this year, weather is MEH and tomorrow looks better forecast. Fair weather cyclist thinks tomorrow maybe the day? Time will tell, still morning here in San Diego lol.

Otoh, a few sets of housework and sorting tools in garage maybe on the schedule… always good stuff with the right music.

EOTD: I tried lol! Did this on knees, unusual movement for me and will hope to conquer the “Cross Triceps Extension” as pictured later this year :)

Extra course today: 40k Road cycling! The fair weather arrived. Survived a 2hr4min pedal for 25.43mi, avg HR was 137 and hit 164 on a fairly easy climb ugh. Will get better if I keep on riding! Though no time weekdays. Maybe set up an indoor trainer again as a few years ago.

Anyone out there a fan of Supercross motorcycle racing? Season opener for US series tonight In Anaheim, so will be tuned into a feed on telly later for a watch. Have loved motor bikes a long time here, before I went into paved course racing actually rode in amatuer racing at Anaheim in ‘79 and ‘81 iirc. Fun stuff and kind of intimidating as well. Wheeee…

Haven’t checked our local forecast yet, might get out on the road bicycle if my desired fair weather visits.

Very pleased to make 15 days…when I did this in 2020 in was monumental as my weight was up and it was beginning of my Dare to Bee better. Headed toward 30 days now!

No cycling this weekend, still busy resetting a couple of our rooms after daughters and the grandkids were here a year. Got to hang out with them a little Friday afternoon, so a nice weekend all in all.

Going to try and incorporate more stretching for seniors, lol. Will continue in positive direction and looking forward more more more …
