30 Days of Cardio, Day 22, Lvl 3
Decisions made, that's the plan for November. Power Punch is basically Punch Up, just not up. Daily Kicks because I want a challenge for the lower body as well and I like combat exercises. Additionally Push-Up Streak because I can't resist; goal is to do full push-ups in as many sets as necessary but one session, not spread across the day. And finally 30 Days of Cardio is still ongoing.

The city I live in has a signposted hiking route that goes in a big loop around the populated area. The route can be split into four sections of almost equal length and there are tram stops close to the end points which make the route easy to reach. Hiking this route has become a yearly thing I do when it gets colder and I don't want to travel as far to go hiking as I do in spring and summer.
So today I did the north east quarter and I'll continue round the circle in the coming weeks.

Congrats on your newest badge!
And I did the same; finished one cardio so why not another. XD It just seems like a good way to add additional exercise.
