- Walk - 1.44 km. Same as last night. A little slower, heart a little lower, no wheezing. But VO2Max was 27.1, still treading downward. I hope when my asthma gets under control my VO2Max will start to get better. I was 31.7 around Christmas

- Walk - 2.22 km. After warmup I walk fast for 30 sec, recovered 60 sec X 5, then continued walk. Best I have had in couple of months. VO2Max still going downward, 26.6.

@graoumia Yes, I have over the last couple of months; since I have asthma. In January my VO2Max was 30 - 31. My heart rate has increased an average of 15 - 20 bpm faster, even just sitting still. I am walking at a pace 4 - 5 minutes slower. I feel frustrated. But I am confident once the doctor figures out my asthma medications thing will start to improve.
I just have to have patience.
