@BetaCorvi@Tileenah@Fremen@BlackButler@Froud@Montserrat thanks so much! It's been a while since I've earned a badge, it felt good to get through these even though they were much lighter workouts than what I've done before!
Instead of a new program, I'm going to knock out a few challenges. It does help that the challenges have badges now haha, but it's a good change of pace, plus I can still knock stuff out before my day starts. I'm trying to work my way back into consistency, plus build my strength back up so I can tackle a longer workout or more intense program.
