Hi everyone!
I used to have a thread here a few years ago. I had successfully started a fitness journey....and then the pandemic hit. I got back into all of my old bad habits and caught an eating disorder as well. Now I am on the verge of obesity and went to a therapy center to tackle this issue.

And now I want to log my exercise again, because hey I need to get back on track!

I started day 1 of "30 days of LIIT" today, I am trying for level 2

Yesterday's "30 days of LIIT" got postponed to today because of LARP practice. I'm sooo bad at larp fight that it's getting frustrating! I always get overwhelmed with all the action that's happening, but it's still a fun thing to do and excellent cardio exercise!

So today was day 4 of LIIT program. So far I am keeping up with level 2
