:v: 60 Days of Walking Day 14; Today I accompanied my fiancé on his run with my bike. He plannend a longer run anyway, and since I'm not 100% recovered, I decided to ride my bike. I'll count this anyway, since my feet were moving for over 90 minutes. We covered 15k. He was happy that he didn't had to carry his water

:v:60 Days of Walking Day 25: 75 min run, 10k. Since we were visiting my aunt and were in a foreign city, this was a run in complet unknown terrain, which was very exciting. My fiancé accompanied me We did got lost a little now and then, but always found our way in the end. We first ran to a small lake, once around it and then along a river in the woods to another lake. The path along the river turnedout to be more like a small trail. So we had to jump over logs or small holes, duck under low hanging branches and make our way through uneven terrain. It was more trailrunning for a while, but really fun. The weather was just perfect too.

Visiting my aunt was really nice. She's still not really able to walk, but shes trying hard and is making a little progress. The chemotherapy and radiation doesn't have too much side effects up till now, compared to other people so that she can tolerate them somewhat well. She doesn't even have pain anymore, which is the best thing. She is in a good mood and hopefull, that she will be able to walk again next year. She says, if she could walk, she would't feel sick at all. Time will show how much she'll recover and if the cancer will come back, but I'm glad that she is fine at least for now.

Besides that, my fiancé is on a business trip this week (he had to take the train in the opposite direction on sunday, which was somewhat a strange feeling). When he's gone, it's always an extra stressor for me. Im not sure why, but it always triggers something in me, which leaves me feeling a little lost and emotional. To make things worse, his phone broke down for good this morning (he's having issues with it for the last three weeks), and the wifi in is hotel is really bad. He want's to try later this evening if its better in the lobby, but if not, the only way to communicate this week will be occasional emails, if the wifi is good enough :verysadkitty:

I'm back again!
During the last vacation I fell of the routine from logging, but I want to get back to it again.
At least I did some workout every day.

Here's the summary:
Completet the 10k run in the middle of may in 65min. Not the 60 I want to get to, but not bad
Finished 60 Days of Walking
Finished De-Stress Challenge
Finished The Daily Crunch Challenge
Finished First thing water challenge

Currently in Progress:
Foundation program
Punch Out! Challenge
Reset Challenge
Zen

Today I did:
:v: Run: 3,57k in 21:55min,
:v: Punch Out! Challenge Day 19
:v: Reset Challenge Day 19

Life things:
My job situation is still frustrating. I'm still in my old job, despite having finished my studies now. But since we want to move next year, there doesn't seem to be a job I can to just for 1-1,5 years. Most organisations seem to look for people who plan to stay longer.
But I got great family news yesterday: My brother and his wife are expecting their first baby, so I will be an aunt for the first time.
This weekend, starting this evening, there's a huge festival in the city, I guess you can describe it as a "State-Festival". Every two years it's in a different city of our state. The prime minister of our state is coming, there is a lot of music and a ton of different acitivities. This evening there will be a free concert from Marquess, looking forward to it :makeway:

Thank you @graoumia. Feels good to be back again.

Today some morning workout before it gets to hot (and before we head of to the festival again)

21.06.2025
Punch Out! Challenge Day 20
Reset Challenge Day 20
Foundation Day 27
Zen Day 7

The challenges do get really challenging, let's see if I make it to the end. After all the punches my arms were wobbly and and the end of the wall sit my legs were trembling. But to be honest, I already made it further than I thought when I startet the challenges.

The concert yesterday was really fun. We met some friends there and danced to the music. This afternoon we will stroll around the festival area and tonight there is another free concert from a known german pop singer. The weather is hot, guess it will be an exiting day.

Have a great weekend bees :perfect:

:x: Zen Day 8 -> maybe i'll meditate later

We had a great day yesterday, strolled through the area where different organisations of the state presentet themself, a sport area and a historic and maritim area. And we listened to great music with different styles, including a shanty choir. But we didn't go to the big concert in the evening anymore, we felt to tired. Instead we sat on our balkony, you could still hear something from the concert since we live near the market place.
Today is the last day of the festival. First there will a big open air oecumenic church service on the market place and then we will just stroll around more to the areas we haven't explored yet.

Have a great sunday bees :perfect:

The last days have been crazy and tiring again, mainly because we discovered that there are beeing things organised from our families behind our back for our upcoming civil marriage that we don't like that way... so a lot of difficult talks. The next one is ahead this evening... But i'm sure we can solve the issues.

Take care bees :perfect:

Thank you @Fremen and @graoumia. I really like organizing, but in this case it is really a challenge to manage all the emotions and expectations. But at least we could solve most of the issues for now I guess.

This evening there will be a ball organiszed from the students of the physik institut, and since my partner is doing his PhD in plasma physics he knows a lot of people there and got us some tickets. We went there the last two years two, it's always fun and we get to dance outside our ballroom dancing class. Looking forward to it. :bdance:

The plan for july is just trying to stay in the habbit of exercising, since there will be a lot going on. This weekend we will head to a family event and in the middle of july we will be 10 days gone for our wedding. So I took a program and challenges that don't take up to much time. We'll see how it goes. August and september will be a lot more relaxed.

Stay safe in the heat bees :perfect:

Thank you @graoumia @Fremen and @Anek. Yes, we are getting married on the 18.07. It's "only" the civil marriage so far, so we are trying to keep it as simply as possible, especially because we are traveling to our home town and can't organize that easily from a distance.

Thursday 03.07.2025
:v:
Wall Push-Ups Challenge Day 3
:v:
Running: 3,18k; 23:15min, pace: 7:18/km
:x: Zen Day 10
:v:
1 Minute Meditation Challenge Day 3

The temperature is much better today, so I did a small easy round, mainly to don't loose the habit of running and my success so far. Tomorrow we will be heading to the 60th birthday of my partners parents. Since our home town is on the other side of germany, we will be sitting 11 hours in the train... Then saturday the party and sunday traveling back. So im not sure if I will be able to post. I want to do at least the challenges.
