Status: Lying down on couch, basking in afterglow of the workout
Warm-up: Classic Warm-up
Cardio: Foundation (LVL 1)
Strength: Express Tone (LVL 1); 9.0 kg exercise bands
Cooldown: Standing Mobility
I got a bread-making machine for xmas (which i didn't know I would want or need!) and I made milk bread and a pound cake in it. My diet has been going great (portion control), couldn't be happier to be back to exercising after a year.
