- 10 kettlebell swings (16 kg), 5 sets
Today at noon my "fasting day" was finished and I must confess I was very very hungry...

Today I started with a 15 minutes meditation. Past noon there was a free space for the "Workout that happened" ( lv. II, 5 Sets).

Now I'm looking forward to finished the fasting day with a delicious "breakfast" at noon...
