I felt sluggish and beaten yesterday, especially in my legs, so I claimed & used the 2nd Hall Pass for day 9 of Fit December, and had a rest day. Today was much better :)

Today I claimed and immediately used another Hall Pass because I had a busy day and then didn't want to cause an earthquake for my neighbors in the evening with the jumping. Although I might just be lazy. But I still have 7 passes left so this is still legal! :)

In the spirit of powering up, I bought a pair of 6kg dumbells and I'm getting used to them by completing the optional dumbell exercises in 30DoG. First time exercising with any equipment, but so far so good!

During today's 30DoG, I should've done 40sec of speedbag punches each set, but I read it wrong and was doing 40 reps per set, not seconds. Realized it now when writing the summary. Oops... I will let it slide this time so I don't overwork my arms. Maybe my brain decided to ignore the "sec" the same way it sometimes tries to tell me I've done more reps than I've done, so it can rest sooner. But I usually catch it :LOL:
