Few months ago I found out about Magnessium oil and tried it in different ways. It helped me a lot with muscle soreness and inflamation, plus it's really cheap if you make it at home.
I apply it at night on my swollen legs and foot.

Hi everyone. It's been a while since the last time I post. I'm not good doing daily posts and it was stressing me.
I worked out every single day and I'm currently on day 229 of my streak.

Few things have changed:
- Now I meditate daily
- I started Difficulity 3 exercises. I only do 1 set even if I can do a little more. I'm taking baby steps because I don't want to over-demand (?) to my body.
- My weight it's getting higher (76,5 kg). I am lost with my nutrition and I don't know what to do. I think stress and perimenopause are the main reason I can't lose weight and I hope someday it will be gone.
- Still can't to a push up.
- I want to learn pull-ups but I don't know where to start. Even level 1 exercises are very difficult to me.

I think that's all...

Oh! I added Herald Training Plan at evening a week ago. My body was asking for an extra stretching session and this plan works wonderfully for me.

Hope everyone is doing good with their own routines. Stay healthy and strong!

Weight: 75,5 kg (1 kg more than last year) No visible body changes.

365 days of working out everyday

Today is my birthday and I turned 41 years old. Yay! My husband is more excited than me.

It is the first time in my life I do something consistently for this long. Specifically talking about fitness and working out, I have never been able to work out more than 3 weeks because of body pain. Chiropractor and Darebee are lifesavers.

It was a rough year, stress hitted hard and I comforted myself on food and alcohol.

After one year of sticking to Darebee I started to see the bad habits on my nutrition.

So, this year I would like to pay more attention to my nutrition: homemade food is my priority for now.

I am not giving up on myself. I want to feel good when I see myself in the mirror and I want to have a good relationship with food.
