Reality checked : level 1 is my level : I can only start from where I am
Time : aim for daily exercise

Not sure if this is the best way to check in: replying to my own post.
I did a chain of three days Foundation.
My mood and motivation then dropped significantly: probably just resistance to change / perfectionism etc.
Another more practical reason for dropping out is that I had not prepared enough space at home. I was indecisive about doing exercise in my flat or outside. I found myself travelling along the floor and connecting with furniture !!
I have enjoyed the exercise sequences so far and had a great feeling of strengthening especially in lower body. I appreciate the “combinations” approach, circuit style, varied exercises and simplicity.
So an additional step is to:
Prepare a clear floor space in my bathroom with a mat and mirror available nearby. I will do this on Sunday evening ready to restart the Foundation programme on Monday morning.
I’ll plan in a brief warm up and maybe print out the programme too.
At least it was more exercise than I have been doing for a long time.
