AM- woke up at 7am (PDT), feeling pretty good, except for the time change. But, I slept the full 8 hours anyway. Ahhh, retirement😎. There was a time when I had to work on these wretched Sundays following the time change. Often times, I worked at night, DURING the time change, as well! It always sucked, both directions😵‍💫

AM- woke up just after 6am (PDT), to clouds, rain, 40 (F)degrees feels like 36. Husb moved back upstairs to sleep with me, and (I think) did okay. There was a some snoring at the usual 4:30am time that I had to wake him up to stop. And, I heard him cough as I was falling asleep, and he got up for a while. No idea when he made it back to bed, tho….over all, I feel pretty good. Plan to do mobility and yoga for sure today, as a slow and careful restart to exercise.😎🥳

Yesterday was the 6th anniversary of my second brother’s death by his own hand to escape his Parkinson’s. I miss him every day. So last night I had a dream that included my deceased father and me in a communal living situation. It was weird, but not completely unrealistic a possibility. Except most of the actors that were in it are dead….🥴

Also added antihistamine eye drops and lubricant to the mix for the season🤪

  • Reading: 15 pages of Adolf Hitler, Vol 2, by John Toland✅…and, DONE🥳…this 2 volume set was a well researched biography of Hitler, as well as a history of WW2 as it related to Hitler’s goals and “final solution:” which of course was complete and total extermination of all Jews in his lifetime. It was difficult to read in many places, and fascinating in others. I wish I was a faster reader, so it wouldn’t have taken as long as it did. But, I’m finished now, and ultimately, I am glad to have read it.😏
