AM- awake at 7am (PDT) after nearly 9 hours of (mostly)sleep

. Some difficulty finding a comfy position, but, overall, better than the night before. Oddly, it’s not as bothersome during the day. My workouts are doable, as long as I modify both the range of motion and weight I place on my left leg for lunges, and don’t jump. So, I think it’s getting closer to baseline, with some more time and gentle movement
