I've been put in charge of another gallery at work! It's a good opportunity, but it means that I am overseeing three areas (in three different buildings!) two days a week. I'm exhausted on those days from all the walking and standing, and I'm wondering if working on my stamina and endurance will help. Of course, first I need to figure out 1) are stamina and endurance the same thing, actually, or do I need to figure out which one I need to improve first
, and 2) HOW exactly one improves their stamina and/or endurance.
Time to schedule some quality time with ye olde search engine, I guess.

Unfortunately, when I get stressed out the first thing I neglect is the self-care that would help me deal with it - journaling and workouts. I'm not doing that intentionally, mind you, that's just how it always seems to go.

for your elbow!

And apparently it's gonna be like this for 6 to 8 weeks.
Can you tell I'm not a patient patient?

. This weekend I knocked together some draft blockers for my windows - filled with rice, which of course made a mess, and the cat tried to eat what ended up in the floor. I can only imagine what the neighbor thinks hearing, "Leave that alone; you are not an herbivore!"
Because if my brain is the Force:
I'm sorry you feel so anxious

Ah, well. That's just how it works with me, I guess.
