Adventure day 2! Did lots of walking and an escape room with our friends. Had a great dinner day out with our friends. My feet are very tired, but I taped up my heel and knee and I was able to keep up.

Woke up late, so I didn't get to get anything in in the morning. Then drove home and speed ran getting ready for a wedding. Had house guests in the evening, so I didn't really get anything in then either. At least I got my foot stretches done.

Alright, back to it!! Trying to knock out Foundation Light, since I have been procrastinating from completing it. I aim to have it completed by the new month, which shouldn't be hard with only 3 day left in the program. Overall, soreness-wise, I'm doing all right! No tape today and I am easily able to walk around normally.

Okay, feeling somewhat better. The tickle is still there, but no coughing and I've still got a little congestion going on. Felt good to sweat a little. My arms are a little tired now. Might have been my stubbornness that resulted in me finishing up Foundation Light tonight, but I think it was just enough.

In other news, we are currently in the process of replacing the hot water heater. At least we were able to warranty it out, since it only lasted 3 years.

Alright! Starting something new. I will still be doing bike workouts, but I will find a balance between here and there. Today was good for rebuilding my knees. Didn't realize how much I was neglecting lunges. As for my cold, moved on to the sneezing phase. But overall, I am feeling better.
