I was at a workout group with Robert Cheeke who had us do jump squats but each time change direction, jump and turn/land right, squat at jump back to centre then jump squat left and so on.

At a Cross Fit boot camp part of the warm up was 25 squats then 20 jump squats then 30 burpee's with jump.
