❤️HR: Rating = 7.5. This was ok. I had some balancing/coordination issues.
❤️YWA: Rating = 7.5. Typical with a lot of downward dogs. My legs were tired.

Notes: I got a little bit better sleep but I am still dealing with a lot f stress both personally and professionally. I finished the 60 Days of Walking program. The walking wasn’t a challenge since I do it anyway. I liked the marching during the other workouts.

Notes: I felt so off in the morning (plus my heart rate was high) that I took my temperature. It was normal. I felt better in the afternoon. I don't remember why I didn’t workout.

3. YWB: Morning Yoga to FEEL INCREDIBLE! (Beginner Friendly Yoga).
4. Splits Challenge Day 22: 460 leg raises, 7 minute 40 second side splits.
5. Agility Challenge Day 22: 10 bounce, 4 hop heel clicks 3 sets, 30 active rest of march steps between sets. Rating = 9.0.
6. 5 mile walk outside. 1:30:59.

❤️Boxing: Rating = 8.5. This was a good workout despite sloppy speedbag work and my shoe coming untied.

❤️SC: Rating = 9.0. I did an extra 20 leg raises by accident.
❤️Walk: when it started pouring out. By the time we got back out there we only had time for 5 miles.

Notes: Now that I know I won’t be finishing the HR 6 week program in 6 weeks, I feel more inclined to not do them every day. At least we did laundry today.

❤️HR: Rating = 8.5. This was a good workout…minor modifications
❤️HR: Rating = 8.0. Interesting…no rest, no repeat.
❤️YWA: Rating = 8.0. This required modifications. For some reason I can’t do side planks anymore.
❤️Walk: Warm and gross.

❤️HR: Rating = 8.0. This was ok but my balance sucks.
❤️YWA: Rating = 7.5. More downward dogs and balancing.

Notes: I was really busy at work but at least I didn’t stay late.

❤️SBY: Rating = 8.0. I am sure this was meant to be relaxing but I was just too fidgety.

Notes: Worked late and the walk was rained out. I kept my streak alive with Yoga.

❤️YWB: Rating = 9.0. Short and sweet.
❤️KP: Rating = 9.0. Short, uncoordinated fun.

Notes: I like side leg raises but at this point, I don’t carexid I ever do another one again. I am relieved to be done with the Splits Challenge.

❤️CoSC: Rating = 8.5. In one go...too many.
❤️HR: Rating = 8.5. Different exercises spliced together to make an awesome no repeat workout that kicked my ass!
❤️YWA: Rating = 7.5. Just because unwind means different things.
❤️Walk: It rained on us most of the time, including wind‐driven rain (when the sun came out). I also had problems with the GPS on my watch.

Notes: Awesome workout but miserable walk.

❤️CoSC: Rating = 9.0. Shoes would have been helpful.
❤️KP: Rating = 9.0. Fun but I couldn’t really follow the choreography.
❤️HR: 8.5. Short but still requires modifications.
❤️HR: Rating = 9.0. Basically easy Yoga. 😌
❤️SBY: Rating = 9.5. Relaxing session.
❤️Walk: 1:12:13. I am still having issues with the GPS.

❤️HR: Rating= 9.0. I ended up with arm workouts 2 days in a row. I really liked this one, especially the format.
❤️30DoL Day 7: Rating = 8.5. I could really feel this, especially in my hips.
❤️30 DoL Day 8: Rating = 8.0. More upper body. 🙀
❤️YWA: Rating = 6.0. This was hard…with all the balancing and high lunges.

Notes: The last day of work prior to having 9 days off. It was mostly uneventful. My parents attended the family meeting for family drama. It was basically a disaster and no next steps have been set up.
Lesson of the day: I need to divorce myself from outcomes because they are out of my control.

❤️Boxing: Rating = 8.0. I felt a little sluggish and my shoe came untied but at least my kicks weren't sloppy
❤️YM: Rating = 8.5. Nice session with one uncomfortable pose that I adjusted for on the second side.
❤️MMP: Rating = 8.5. I made it through an hour of Pilates. This was a good workout.
❤️Walk: It's been while since I have fallen on a walk. Towards the end of the walk, I stepped on side of the curb funny and my ankle twisted. When I went down, I scraped both my knees even though they were covered. Good times.

Notes: I finally got around to finishing the Agility Challenge. The days with the heel clicks were fun and the days without were not. After dessert, I also set up my new watch. My current watch was on it’s way out with the only half functional GPS and other assorted flakiness. The new watch seems cool but I stayed up too late setting it up.

Lesson of the day: People’s opinions about me are about them, not me. Once they have said opinions, that’s all they see.

❤️Boxing: Rating = 8.5. Good workout but the ankle wasn't 100%.
❤️YWB: Rating = 8.5. Quick and easy.
❤️Walk: The GPS on the new watch is much better.

Notes: I slept very poorly so I felt tired and unmotivated.

Lesson of the day: “Wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then”. It’s a lesson from Bob Seger but sometimes the best lessons come from song lyrics.

Family drama is the worst...it could be 3,000 miles away and it will still make a person's blood pressure go up a few notches. Sorry to hear that there's that, and the scraped knees...ugh! :(

❤️YWB: Rating = 8.0. More movement than I am used to in the morning. 😺
❤️Walk: Nice evening.

Notes: I slept better but not enough to do the planned Heather workout. At least we walked extra mile. My new watch has a cool feature called “The Morning Report”. At least I thought it was cool until it woke me up an hour before my scheduled wake up time. Today was as last day of “The Morning Report”. I am turning off the feature before I go to bed.

Lesson of the day: Just because the expectations are hidden doesn’t mean the disappointments are lesser.
