2. Boxing: 20 minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos.
3. yoginimelbourne: Soothe & reset yoga 10minute practice.
4. Calves of Steel Challenge Day 6: 30 seconds calf raise hold. 2 sets. 30 seconds active rest of march steps between sets. Rating = 9.0.
5. Agility Challenge Day 30: 10 bounce, 5 hop heel clicks 3 sets, 30 active rest of march steps between sets. Rating = 9.0.
6. Moving Mango Pilates: Day 1: Full Body Pilates Workout | 90 Days of Fall With Moving Mango.
7. 6 mile walk outside: 1:49:12.
Boxing: Rating = 8.0. I felt a little sluggish and my shoe came untied but at least my kicks weren't sloppy
YM: Rating = 8.5. Nice session with one uncomfortable pose that I adjusted for on the second side.
MMP: Rating = 8.5. I made it through an hour of Pilates. This was a good workout.
Walk: It's been while since I have fallen on a walk. Towards the end of the walk, I stepped on side of the curb funny and my ankle twisted. When I went down, I scraped both my knees even though they were covered. Good times.
Notes: I finally got around to finishing the Agility Challenge. The days with the heel clicks were fun and the days without were not. After dessert, I also set up my new watch. My current watch was on it’s way out with the only half functional GPS and other assorted flakiness. The new watch seems cool but I stayed up too late setting it up.
Lesson of the day: People’s opinions about me are about them, not me. Once they have said opinions, that’s all they see.
