2. Upperbody Light Challenge Day 19: 70 shoulder taps, 70 bicep extensions. 3 sets. 30 seconds active rest of march steps between sets.
2. Re: Center Challenge Day 19: 36 side leg raises. 3 sets. 30 seconds active rest of march steps between sets. Rating= 9.0.
3. Abs, Please Workout: Level 3 , Level 3, no rest.
4. Walk/Run Intervals on treadmill: 2 minute walk, /? Minute run. (28 min): Time: 28:04 , Dist: 2.17 mi, AHR: 164
5. 60 Days of Walking Day 30 Part 2: Level 3, march steps. Rating = 8.5.
6. SBY: 10 Minute DEEP STRETCH Yoga Routine for healing Stess, Anxiety and Trauma.
7. 60 Days of Walking Day 30, Part 1: 45 minutes of walking: 4 mile walk outside.
ULC: Rating = 7.5. This was hard today.
AP: Rating = 8.5. Not hard but I could feel my injury during flutter kicks.
Intervals: Rating = 5. Not great stats but since did do first 2 intervals at 2/5. It was hard though. I thought the new shoes would be ok but now I am just hoping they will be.
SBY: Rating = 8.5. Quick and relaxing. Perfect for a Monday.
60DoWP1: 1:14:06. Another hot night.
Notes: Well, the intervals were unfortunately a big mistake. The running caused my injury to flare up. And the worst part of it is, I can’t figure out which muscle is injured.
