Thank you @graoumia, I tolerate is all right now that I've split and spread my meals ; most notable thing is the fatigue. So I find myself taking a nap after lunchtime.
The temperature is back to more reasonible levels, phew!

Yesterday did daily habit and meditation.
This morning did eoD (Tree, yay for balance!), upp. and core challenge D3, 50 punches against cancer, and the WoD

Can't go wrong with an abs workout. Well, I don't "enjoy" them, but they are so useful!

1 year and 89 consecutive days of exercise (one year 60 days on 04/06)

ETA : should have some bloodwork tomorrow to check the chemo tolerance, BTW.

Thanks for the punches @graoumia and the grat @Laura Rainbow Dragon

In this heat, I figure sleep is about the best thing one can do at 2PM.

Hello bees! I am writing from sunny, nicely-tempered Bretagne, hurrah! We drive yesterday afternoon.

So, yesterday moring, I saw the oncologist, and as she is happy with my tolerance of the treatment, onwards we go until September.
The therapeutic monitoring (dosing the drug in your blood to see if you are within efficaceous but also safe concentrations) yielded an exposure that was safe, but also high enough enough that we can lower the dose and still hope for efficacy if secundary effects truly appear.

Monday and Yesterday did daily habit + meditation (well, yesterday meditation in car, but that counts!!)
Yesterday did EoD, Up and core challenge D8, and

This morning did EoD (burpees... five of them), Up. and core challenge D9, and restorative yoga.

1 year and 95 consecutive days of exercise (one year 90 days on 04/07).

Yesterday did daily habit and meditation.

This morning did EoD (bounce), Up. and core challenge D11, and for workout the WoD

1 year and 97 consecutive days of exercise (one year 90 days on 04/07).

Not feeling too great (may be TMI) - I needed to sleep quite late (for me), and had diarrhea this morning. But it'll get better.
Take good care, all bees.

It was a really nice time with Bro 2 and his wife, now they're back in Paris, I am back telecommunting part time, and Older Bro + Good Doggo should arrive Thursday evening, another yay! I will still work Friday morning, and then 3 weeks vacations.

Thank you @graoumia and @Mamatigerj !

Still workout out EoD, upp. and core challenge now to D24, and depending on days WoD, other workout or yoga 10 minutes. Enjoying my time with older bro and Good Doggo. Mademoiselle Luna would appreciate if Good Doggo could leave her well alone and not try to control where she goes, LOL, but they manage.

1 year and 110 consecutive days of exercise (one year 90 days on 04/07).

I got to know them when I was living in the US, @graoumia , and now I buy them in Paris :) They're nice, though I often find them a bit heavy on the scent and color side That's why a dermatologically-developped , hypoallergenic product seems more appripriate now Plus an Yves Rocher shea-based body cream, and that seems to work
PS : love their "honey I washed the kids" solid shampoo.

EoD, Upp. and core challenge D25 and 25, and WoD yesterday and today. Today I added 60 punches.

1 year and 112 consecutive days of exercise (one year 90 days on 04/07).

Tuesday, yesterday and today did EoD, Upperbody and core challenge D 29-30 :completed:, and workout / WoD / WoD respectively.

1 year and 117 consecutive days of exercise (one year 90 days on 04/07).

Last afternoon with older bro and Good Doggo, I will miss them! Yesterday we had friends for afternoon tea including a young girl, about 6 - she was beyond herself to have a kitty and a doggy to play with, LOL, and older bro was super patient and super nice to supervise the interaction. She will ask for a dog everyday for a good week, I predict.

Week went very fast : as I am not travelling this year, I treated myself to a thalassotherapy week : 6 days, every day a half-day with three activities - workout in the sea-water pool, and two treatment with sea water or alguaes. Beforehand, the doctor asked lots of question to adapt it the best to my case. I can tell you I am already feeling so much better - the stiffness and tension in lower back and calves particularly is gone, and now I realise how "real" it was sinceI started the treatment. Wow.

Anyway, every day did EoD, low. and core Challenge now up to D8, and exercise in the pool.

1 year and 125 consecutive days of exercise (one year 120 days on 03/08).

Merci, @graoumia :revolving:
I am doing quite good - the thalassotherapy did a great number on the bones / muscles soreness ; and I get used to these hot flashes - now that I know what it is, I take it with humor Having your internal thermostat that goes from normal to "right in the full brunt of a July full sun" complete with neck completely humid is really strange, but kind of silly strange, now

Dad starts his new chemo tomorrow Monday, until Friday ; then we will probably leave Sunday or Monday 25th for Paris. Their appartment should be ready next week - they have daily (and sometimes more) videocalls with the contractor, and he is really doing his very best to have everything in time, he knows Dad's situation. Then on the Tuesday or Wednesday they parents will receive all their furnitures and everything "move" from the storage unit : and they will probably stay until September 2nd for my birthday.
So, in short, one more week in delightfully temperate Bretagne. let's make the most out of it!

Today EoD (high crunches), low. and core challenge D1y, and WoD

1 year and 134 consecutive days of exercise (one year 120 days on 03/08).

Yesterday and today EoD, Low. core challenge D 21 and 22, and yoga.

1 year and 139 consecutive days of exercise (one year 120 days on 03/08).

Just had my 4th hormone injection, as there is this "mixing powder and solvent" step I'd still rather have it done by a nurse. It is a 4-weeks prolonged release injection so if I screw it up, it would be 4 weeks of treatment unproperly done ... The osteoporosis injection , now that I have it in a prefilled seringue, is easy enough ("stab and press", LOL).

Monday 2nd PETscan, and in 2 weeks the results. i am kinda getting nervous again, sigh. But we'll show them, and I am in good hands for the treatment adaptation.

For lunch I am taking my parents to a creperie (Galettes are buckwheat, therefore fine for me, yum!) to thank them for the hospitality.
