@kronizzle Yes, Granada in Spain. We have a camping site near the Sierra Nevada, a mountain ridge east of Granada which still has a bit of snow on the tops. Great landscape! There’s a lot of nice old stuff to see in Granada, most famously the Alhambra. It’s a nice city, not that big, but friendly. Lots of tourists of course. We’re doing a big, slow tour of France and Spain, so we’ll be leaving again in a few days, for Ronda or Cordoba, or both, or some place else, depending on our mood.
The Sore Feet Workout is super easy. Like the Rotator Cuff it’s a maintenance thing. If you do it daily or semi daily for a longer period, your flexibility increases a lot. The Sore Feet Workout also helps noticeably for ankle stability (my main reason for keeping this one).
