Day 15 of the Hug Challenge round 73 - done ✅
Day 4 of the Lower Body Blast Challenge
Day 59 of the 60 Days of HIIT program - level 3 - done ✅ - I did the last days in a different order

60 Days of HIIT had some good points: I like HIIT and most of the exercise types had a nice buildup. What I didn’t like is the length of the program. The last 4 days took me 7 days, a clear sign that I’m not build for 60 day programs. Next program will be a 30 days program again.
