Day 1: Clearly the hardest day because this is the day you have to agree to actually start. Having ADHD with a big ol heap of motivational lack, makes this an especially hard day because usually it's a mix of "why bother as I will just get bored and stop anyway" and "I WANT to...I just...can't do."
But I started! And I did day 1!
"Press Start To Play"
1 set of 60 reps side leg raises
3 sets of 20 squats w/ a 1 min rest between
2 sets of 30 toe tap hops w/ a 1 min rest between
2 sets of 30 climbers w/a 1 min rest between
Also had a 1 minute rest between squats and toe taps because I swore I was gonna fall over right then and there.
