Things got a bit exciting at work and I took some time away. I'm back at the house and trying to get back into my routine. Always easy to get off track when I'm traveling. Going to get back on the grind though. Had my blood work done today. I should know tomorrow if the working out has paid off. I have officially lost 10 lbs since November though so I'm going to call it a victory. Need to clean up my diet next.

Same problem here and that's another reason for my actual diet.
I refuse also to take any statin as this is sh...t!
So end of February I'll do a blood test and see if my diet helped.

Take care and do I neat diet. Some nice veggies also helps for cholesterol like phenol.
Fiber also help

I've decided to try to double up on the 60 days of cardio workouts as much as I can. They are starting to not be much of a challenge as my body seems to be adapting back to where I was previously (though I still have a long way to go). Doubling the workouts should add some challenge.

Day 29, of 60 days of Cardio, had a ton of lunges. Due to this I only made it to level 2 (5 sets). I want to make sure I have some legs left for work tomorrow. I'm still trying to get used to Darebee's yoga format. I can't seem to get it to flow very well. I'm used to being coached through it via the NTC videos. I'm going to keep up with it though and see it through for at least 15 days before I change something.

Maybe it is celebrating a bit early but I've picked my next program. I bought a kettle bell today and will be doing The Gauntlet after I finish up with 60 days of Cardio. It has always looked fun to me so I'm finally just going to try it out. I still have 28 days of 60 days of Cardio though so not like it is over any time soon.

Ran into a rattle snake on my hike today. I'm not a big fan of snakes and he wasn't a big fan of me so when he refused to leave I decided to go ahead and turnaround. It cut my hike short but so be it. Better than playing with a snake.
