It has been awhile since my last update. I got extended here at my job site so I won't be going home until May 3rd which has got me a bit bummed out. That plus visiting some family took me off my game the last two weeks and I haven't worked out much. It has given me some time to think though and I think I reached the conclusion of what I feel like I can really get out of 60 Days of Cardio. I've been working Darebee level 2 cardio programs for around 90 days and I feel like it is time for a change. That said I want to work on some strength as I'm feeling pretty weak these days and I'd also like to get back into running (I just miss it too much). So I'm going to pick up the Iron Heart program to work a little strength and I'm going to slowly start running again. When I get back home I can start up Gauntlet as I'll have access to kettle bells.
