It has been awhile since my last update. I got extended here at my job site so I won't be going home until May 3rd which has got me a bit bummed out. That plus visiting some family took me off my game the last two weeks and I haven't worked out much. It has given me some time to think though and I think I reached the conclusion of what I feel like I can really get out of 60 Days of Cardio. I've been working Darebee level 2 cardio programs for around 90 days and I feel like it is time for a change. That said I want to work on some strength as I'm feeling pretty weak these days and I'd also like to get back into running (I just miss it too much). So I'm going to pick up the Iron Heart program to work a little strength and I'm going to slowly start running again. When I get back home I can start up Gauntlet as I'll have access to kettle bells.

@MadamMeow Being away isn't fun, and it has already been 7 months, but another month won't be too long. Just have to keep at it and keep busy.

Went on another run today. I'm going to keep it around a mile for around two weeks and then start dialing it up. Still trying to get my legs back and core strength back. It feels good to be back at it though.

Went up North to visit a friend today but I did manage to get Day 3 of Iron Heart in and we walked around downtown quite a bit. So plenty of exercise and quite a successful day. I've got some mild DOMS symptoms in both my arms and legs so not sure if I'll do Iron Heart or run tomorrow. I'm leaning towards Iron Heart right now. If I do Iron Heart I'm going to add a dumbbell bench press set to it as it feels weird doing upper body without benching. I'm guessing 4 sets of 8 reps should work or 4 set of 6 reps. I'm open to suggestions.

Another long day at work but I managed to get Day 4 of Iron Heart done. My legs are still a bit bound up but I'm hoping to be able to run tomorrow.

Not much going on this week. The hotel gym, I was using, closed for remodeling and I let it take me off my game and got lazy. I went out for a run and walked a bit but didn't really stay on my plan. Going to try to improve this going forward.

Went out for a run today. I'm hoping the hotel gym will open tomorrow so that I can get back started on Ironheart. If I can stay consistent, on the running, for a week, I'm going to dial my mileage up 0.25 miles.

Took a rest day. Work has been tiring and its been really hard to workout every single day. I'm going to try to commit to at least running every other day and hopefully add in some yoga or something else on the off days. If needed I'm going to rest.
