Next plans are pretty much go to the gym (two times a week, ideal would be three times a week but it may be too hard for me to go out that much) and I think do individual workouts, I don't want to do another program quite yet.
I took a break because I'm a little busy not sleeping + watching the entirety of Doctor Who (not seen the classic series yet but it's up next once I finish the 13 seasons of the new - I'm at season 9) + obsessing over Missy's character in Doctor Who (I'm gay) + writing fanfiction about it yay Creative Hobbies.
Also I FINALLY finished Hero's Journey so I thought "you know what I'll take a break".
I skipped last week because uuuh. Hard days. But well. I'm never giving up so I'll take this as a victory anyway.

Biceps curls, 23kg. (+5kg)
Lat pulldown, 41kg.
Triceps press, 41kg.
Chest press, 23kg.
Seated row, 27kg.
Shoulder press, 14kg.
