There's pickup training at my martial arts school this afternoon, so I'm off to do that shortly. So while this looks like a rest day, it's actually a "don't burn all your energy before training" day.

Good Morning Yoga

208 days of iai
10 sword cuts
3x kata of the week - I actually stuck with last week's kata for 2 weeks because I was still working through some things in it, so it was really nice to do something else
100 punches
Daily Kicks, Day 18 - 96 front kicks
+10 sword cuts for watching bad martial arts - I used to do 10 pushups every time I watched bad martial arts, but I think maybe this is a better choice
Daily Dare - 50 side to side lunges
Total Burn, Day 7, Level 1
Serenity

Exercise bike (goal 8,000; hit 9,000)
Rest & Repair

Post Chemo
209 days of iai

3x kata of the week
100 punches
Daily Kicks, Day 19 - 102 side kicks
Daily Dare - 60 seconds raise leg hold
Total Burn, Day 8, Level 1
Serenity

I'm hoping to get in some more steps yet today, but I accept whatever I actually do as sufficient. (I feel a little drained just from being at the cancer center more than feeling bad, if that makes sense.)

Good Morning Yoga

210 days of iai
10 sword cuts
3x kata of the week
100 punches
Daily Kicks, Day 20 - 102 turning kicks
Daily Dare - 40 knee to elbow crunches
Total Burn, Day 9, Level 1 - I think I've figured out why I keep doing this at Level 1: I just am not finding these workouts all that fun or particularly varied. So it feels like this is just the same set of things I did yesterday and that's not what I like about most Darebee Programs.

Martial arts is canceled tonight due to only two of us signing up and poor air quality, so I increased my step count goal above and am adding a replacement workout.
Monster Core (WOD), Level 1 w EC
Hervor, Level 3 w EC (+40 punches per set = 200 punches) + 10 sword cuts after every set (= 50 cuts)
Chrysalis

Also, I believe I'm going to swap Chrysalis for Serenity for a while because I think swapping the yoga/stretching around periodically is probably good for my stretching goals.

A friend has suggested an afternoon walk, so I'm skipping Total Burn and the exercise bike for that. Usually I would try to do all of the above, but today and tomorrow are the predicted worst days of this dose of chemo, so I'm trying to take it a little easy.

As part of ongoing roofing at my condo, they are blowing insulation in my roof this week, which has folks in and out of my place, so I'm doubtful about hitting any step count goals this week.

They claim that the insulation task is complete, so I am planning to get back on the step count wagon tomorrow. But also if they need back in for more work tomorrow, I may throw that plan out the window because not making life hard on the roofing crew is way more important than my exercise bike life.

Unlike switching out the yoga, I think Standing Mobility didn't do it for me as far as the post bike stretching, so I won't be swapping Rest & Repair for that right now. Nothing wrong with Standing Mobility for today, just don't think it hits the right bits in general.

Last night was a moderate binge night for me: I got a pizza and had a plan to eat half and instead I ate the whole thing. It's fine: the appearance of weight-gain this morning was mostly about salt and water weight, but… the worst was actually that I really enjoyed the first half - the planned half - and then I just ate the rest without really enjoying it. If I felt like every bite was amazing, that would be fine. But eating without enjoying it? Not so great.
