I'm planning to do some exercise tomorrow as I am well enough to start again. Probably I drop my routine as I am not as strong and motivated as I was before illness and only going on with Program TEN. :u:
Children will start Pre-Kindergarten in September and I assume we will go through another sickness around that time as they'll meet with more bacteria and viruses... we will see :scared:

Motivation is still on low level and a lot is going on nowadays. Next week is holiday, we will visit my in laws which also means we need to pack thouthfully to not forget anything important. I also need to manage to get every document in time so children can start Pre-Kindergarten on 1st of September and our houshold is pure chaos (anybody comes here I always say: "Welcome to the Land of Chaos")

Now I do not want to start a program or challenge yet, but I try to do some short workouts :sweet:

I'm fine in overall, I try to accept that my children won't be home all the time from September but it is hard. My brain says it is ok, they will learn a lot, but my feelings are do not want let them go

I also had fever but now it wasn't so bad as the previous sickness. Children didn't go pre-kindergarten for a week and we also visited inlaws at the weekend. This week children took their nap in pre-kindergarten so I experienced some freedom. It is a weird feeling but it is not so bad as I have assumed  I'm glad we found a place where I can have full trust in caregivers :hopeful:
Anyway, I need to get back on track, but I do not know when should I do my daily exercise in this new situation. Now I rather prioritize to catch up with housework and clean the whole house and do some cooking :amused:
I try to reorganize my time and our house, also sell or donate to charity children's outgrown clothes

I starting to lose myself again, so it is time to drop my progress and keep focus on consistency. I started to do workouts to release stress but somehowmy focus changed on reaching harder level and earn new badges rather than move every day. So back to basics!

Today LIIT Day 2 on Level 2 is done

P.S It was so motivating to read back my journal. Even when I had hard times with my children I still did some workout. I was so strong :shoked:

What @graoumia said - you are so strong! You've come back to try again (in what limited time you have) and that is no easy feat with young children!

You're on the right track, moving regularly beats badges any day of the week. Keep up the good work :)

And go easy on yourself if you don't manage to get anything done some days. Just come back again and try tomorrow. You've got this!
