Today was ok, I don't really like lunges but they don't bother me either.

Ugh, horrible, absolutely horrible.
Climbers will be the death of me. I couldn't even do them entirely, at the 4th (out of 5) iteration of each set I switched to slow climbers.

Today was ok. 1-minute HIIT made me better at jumping jacks so I could do Level 2 today.
Wild to think that it means 250 jumping jacks, thinking about it for me it's a very big number but I managed to do it. Yay

10 minutes on the exercise bike - 5 min Level 2, 5 min Level 3

Deceptively easy again - looked simple to just hold your arms and swing them around but my shoulders really felt it.
Fun though

Felt a bit under the weather today and other time I would have skipped exercising but today managed to motivate myself and did it.

Finally a day I managed to do on Level 3 - was hard but I'm more used to squats than to other things.

Btw, I managed to write it wrongly yesterday - it was Day 11 of all 3, not Day 10

Only level 1 today, shoulder taps seem easy but I was too tired to do more, they prove quite hard for me

I'm starting to find jumping jacks a lot more acceptable than both other exercises and than I ever thought I would.

Oh my God, I struggled soooo much today. I don't know why but leg raises were getting harder and harder, it really took pushing hard to do even 3 sets

i mean there are reverse lunges for day 2, they're fire for glutes :D
I didn't expect it, I can't remember the last time I did reverse lunges haha

This also seemed simple enough but I know my abs will be sore as heck tomorrow

40 min/19.7 km indoor bike ride - warm up + 30 minute lactate threshold test + cool down

Taking a break today as all the metrics from my Garmin are shouting at me to do it, the LTHR bike test was quite intensive and since then my exercise load is seen as high instead of optimal.


I'll be back tomorrow to Day 7

40 min/19.5 km indoor bike ride - warm up + 30 minute lactate threshold test + cool down

This was very intense so I'll skip Day 9 for today and will do it tomorrow

And yay! That marks the end of 1-minute HIIT, which was quite an interesting program.
Haven't been on the scale in a while to see how my weight has changed compared to the beginning, but I notice some results from other points of view: I actually feel a bit fitter, I can do some cardio (yes, even climbers and high knees) without running out of breath instantly (i still don't like them and like even 3 sets of those make me tired) and I am sure I would have been a lot more exhausted these past few days walking uphill before.

All in all, happy with how this went even if it took me more than 30 days.

Very cool, congrats!
Now, let's see those BADGES.

Day 13 of 60 Days of HIIT at Level 2

Today has been the hardest day of the program so far and I hated it 😂

My watch struggled a bit to keep in step with the heart rate during the intervals, I think I should have fastened it a bit on the wrist
