Thank you! I had a wonderful (and sweaty) virtual visit. I'm hoping to be back soon, I'm thinking of making it a regular part of my routine.welcome in France![]()
you are having goo times i see. I also don't like squat hold or wall sits. For the push up i didn't know it is ok, it takes time. keep on going !1,000 Squats: DAY 20 / 30

Knee Push-Ups: DAY 20 / 30
screaming, crying, throwing up (internally)
I've never really done these static holds before and it's so much harder than I was expecting! It burns (in a good way) and it's really satisfying to check the box each day when I complete them. These challenges are so motivating because it truly does feel like I'm getting a little bit better every day. Thanks for the encouragement! The Hive is so motivating and keeps me coming backyou are having goo times i see. I also don't like squat hold or wall sits. For the push up i didn't know it is ok, it takes time. keep on going !

Even two seconds of Dead Hang a day means one minute all in one go on day 30. Just a thought.

Here is yesterday and I'll do today when I'm done
Thank you! I don't think it will be enough to take over the 20 pushup cell in our game just yet, but it's a startFantastic, congratulations![]()

I would just substitute a different exercise. If it's similar, like squats, great, but any leg exercise that you feel safe doing.I would hate to drop the program because of LUNGES. aahhhhhhhh I need to figure this out.
Happy Double Badge Day!!![]()

Thank you!!!!
I think I will start doing this, I don't know why I didn' t think of it before. It's better to do the workout slightly modified than to skip it all together.![]()

Yes, exactly this! I get so in my head about it that I psych myself out of the whole workout, which is completely missing the point of why I'm here in the first place. My ultimate goal is to be able to do everything exactly as written, but the only way to actually get to that point is to DO workouts until I am to that point. I need to remember to zoom out and look at the bigger picture and remind myself why I'm here.I do the same though. It almost feels like it's cheating? But I have to remind myself that a workout is a workout.![]()

Congratulations for your improvement!
You and Gurg pushing me to work harder and harder has been a great help in improving my fitness
My knee feels good but I haven't done any stairs or activity yet, so we'll see what happens.

That's what I do. Well, I'll write up the post in a separate tab and add to it as I go. I'll keep it up most of the day and then just hit "post" right before bed.Streak Day 35
Low motivation day. Getting the post made and will edit as I go. It helped in the past on days where I didn't want to do anything, and I'm doing it again![]()
We'll see what gets done today, but I think it's gonna be pretty light.
