I bought the audio version because I don't have a habit of reading books but it was well written and doesn't necessarily require undivided attention because the important points get revisited. I think a few of the frameworks in that book are helpful; my favorite ideas are that habits start with changing your identity and "habit stacking" (if you're leaving the house to run, take out the trash too or put a toothbrush in the shower so brushing teeth is automatic every time you shower).You are most welcome

That being said, i suggest you to use it as a baselayer and adapt it to your way
