AM- woke up at 6:30ish, after a crummy night’s sleep. Husb was having jerky leg movements every 10-15 secs for the first 2 hours after we turned out the lights. It was weird. And, I couldn’t go to sleep. But, I rested and stayed in bed, which is important.

AM- woke up at 5:30 but didn’t get up until shortly after 6am (PDT). Still feel pretty icky emotionally, but at least I’m not weepy, like yesterday….

Outside it’s super smoky, smelled like a campfire and visibility is about a mile. It’s 58 (F)degrees with LOW-MEDium pollen and air quality at 187. Visibility is about a mile. Feels like the middle of a campfire…..😵‍💫😷

AM- woke up shortly after 6am (PDT) to clouds, rain, smoke, bad air quality, and a fair amount of anxiety. The air quality is, in fact less than half of what it’s been. So, there is improvement, at least. The dog trainer is coming to our house today. So, we get to test ourselves and our sweet doggo to test out our practice see if the progress is satisfactory.
