Doggo walk… wind is blowing at about 50mph, creating a huge blowing dirt/bad visibility problem, and it doesn’t seem safe to be outside….
AM- woke up super late at nearly 8am (PDT). After I was up in the wee hours, I could t get back to sleep due to some of my chronic pain issues: achiness/zinginess….*everything everywhere all at once*. Not the movie. Me. My hands, forearms, legs, feet. No change of position did any good. If my feet didn’t hurt so bad, I would have gotten up to take something additional. Now that I am up for the day and moving around, having my morning *aids* it feels tolerable, finally. Night time is the worst for pain…..
Outside is partly cloudy wisps, breezy, 59 (F)degrees with MED-HIGH pollen.

AM- awake at 6:45am (PDT), and immediately off to the clinic for fasting lab work. Ugh, I hate going anywhere before coffee and its results. Took Canoodles along for a different outing. He got to prowl around the parking lot before they opened. Then on the way home, we stopped at the dog park to practice NOT BARKING in the parking lot. He did his business, and then found a gross ball he wanted me to throw. After a few rounds of that, we went to the park near our house, and he ran some more, after practicing NOT BARKING in that parking lot. Oof, he’s a tough nut to crack
