Yesterday, I added sneezing with allergies to the top. Took a tiny dose of prednisone to tamp it all down. This morning I am still sneezing, so I may need more…something just to function.🤧🥴😵‍💫

Like all the training I’ve been doing is snapping into his brain as “oh, I guess other people expect me to behave also.” The lesson I get from this is similar to having my kid in daycare was: socialization in different situations adds context.🥳

AM- awake about 6:30am (PDT) after staying up too late last night. The last two nights I watched the 2-part BBC version of Crime and Punishment. It followed the book really well. However, if I had not actually read the book, there would be a lot of unknown and unspoken thoughts about which I would need to guess. In the book, it is not as much dialog as it is explanatory thoughts, particularly by the main character. But, all of the details, people, occurrences are the same and in the right places. The end is the same.🥳

AM- Canoe woke me up an hour after we’d both gone to sleep with pacing and shaking his head. Husb and I decided after the night before that that was an anxiety response, prolly due to husb “disappearing” on Mon without Canoe seeing him leave. So, I had given him CBD earlier in the evening to ward that off. Wound up giving some additional at the later hour, so he could calm down to sleep. It worked, and he did, and so did I, thank the gawds.🥳
But, now it’s after 7am, I’m still tired, it’s windy, with high clouds, 56 (F) degrees and HIGH pollen🤧🤧🤧
