AM- awake at 6:30am (PST) after a full 8 hours of sleep. Outside is partial sun, 36 (F)degrees feels like 28. All the autoimmune reactions in my body are ON this week. Yesterday, I added sneezing with allergies to the top. Took a tiny dose of prednisone to tamp it all down. This morning I am still sneezing, so I may need more…something just to function.
Mobility/warmups-
