Did as much as i could despite city was over flooding situation due to heavy rains in the hills and the river between my city and grandpas was wiped out due to flooding and waterlogging.... 3 hours of workout before a late night party on the safe side of the city!!

was Sick after getting home really late at night from friends moms 60th Party and i ended up eating way tooo much sushi and other protein and had non alcoholic drinks to celebrate with old friends post covid and on the safe side of the city where there is not much flooding got home safe got tooo sick and tired partied till 1am literally.. so avoided workout due to bad throat and cold....

Goal is to work on my arms and make them equal as left is heavier then right arm but working on it everyday!

Smashed 2 hours of pilates workout on my menstrual cycle so couldnt do much did as much as i could even with pain! but felt better and healthier a bit even though my emotions were giving me hell...... :heart:

Work on my gut health as much as possible and get my flexibility back and myself back on track with my stamina, keep my promise to stay healthy and keep working out with durbee!

Could do only yoga today i have had high temperature since this morning after waking up but managed to do 2 hours and 45 minutes of yoga and feeling better and feeling healthier in the body and yes my confidence in tact! never giving up on myself. Make myself stronger and work on my gut health every single day, getting fit and loving it! gonna rest it out now signing off have a great day everyone!

Started my day late as it was sunday and went to meet my best friend for a girls day out and kinda got hurt in the process sprained my ankle badly. spent the day with my best friend and after getting home saw that my foot was swollen so didnt workout the pain was really bad....so slept off early called it a day needed to catch upon sleep as my sprain was bad.​

2 hours and 20 minutes nonstop Dumbell workout and gave it my all even though still sprained ankle and pain in the leg. I will get back on my feel like i always do got myself tired... family day as well aunt is hospitalized under went a major surgery went to wish her get well soon! so spent time with family!

Had a long day didnt sleep at all last night worried about my aunt and worked on applying for jobs in the usa busy day.... ankle still hurts alot so taking it easy today no workout at all just really need sleep as my entire family has flown down for aunts major surgery cousins have been keeping me awake for updates on aunts health since 4am in the morning so got no sleep literally. we all are taking turning turns in the hospital so literally none of us have got sleep. signing off cant keep awake anymore sorry guys! rooting for you guys enjoy your workout day everyone good night calling it a day

3 hours and 35 Minutes of workout felt the burn and the breathlessness and was so sore by the end of the workout went to bed early post workout to catch upon weekend sleep and was tired right after workout! looking forward to where this takes me already feeling in the body that i have especially booty is doing great! feet not so much but will get there body wise and i got in some time for physiotherapy for my injured foot!

3 hours and 20 minutes workout got me feeling the burn hell yaaaahhh and the breathlessness woooow. Due to my emotions being up and down keeping busy is the best way to life! even with everything thats going on with my family and my recovery of my sprained ankle i am still able to workout more now a days. keeping busy for me is the best way to cope with sprained foot and family and working on a million other things busy sunday! got to be signing off good night from my end! see you tomorrow. 3 hours of non stop workout and felt the burn and even though emotions are up and down for me at the moment best thing at this time is to keep healthy and keep busy even though family crisis isnt over and the whole hospital visits and family time is emotional... best thing is to distract myself... keep healthy and stay healthy! the not knowing and anticipation of hospital updates takes away sleep....

family day as more cousins have landed in the home country, cousin brother his wife and kids are here from the usa so baby sat my nephews. being an aunt is the best blessing it will prepare me to be a mother lol it will help me! trying to be strong due to family crisis which is painful for everyone to see aunt suffering really badly in the hospital surgery after surgery and icu and the recovery for her in the hospital and the constant not knowing the updates from the doctors takes away alot of sleep.. sleep deprived.... but getting back on my feet. didnt workout so drained of sleep....

2 hours and 30 minutes of workout got completely immersed in the workout lost track of time rushed to the hospital to check upon family and aunt of mine and she is still fighting for her life... best thing is to just keep busy and hope she will pull through each day at it comes and promise to keep healthy and strong for my family... there are no words right now.....

Didnt workout Spent time with parents and moms Sister and her shitzu puppy got home super late from spending time with parents & Moms Sister and the puppy got home and crashed off to sleep long day and spoke to aunt via phone call but she is still fighting for her life so didnt have the focus to workout....

Smashed 3 hours and 37 Minutes of workout and really focused and immersed myself in workout trying to take my mind of whatever is going on with family and gave my 500 percent in workout and feeling so much lighter and healthier body wise 4 kgs down....despite family situation am able to give my all and really focus on my goals of being fitter, healthier on the whole! packing for paris 9 days to go! hopefully aunt comes out of the hospital hoping for a miracle!
