I got fed up with the MS Office monopoly and use LibreOffice instead of Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint. LibreOffice is freeware and works much the same as the Microsoft products and it's fully compatible.
 
@Lady Celerity @Sif_Shepard I do at home, but at work, everything is blocked. I needed to get a special approval just to get Chrome!

Another LibreOffice user here. I'm planning on going full open source at one time, when I make the jump from Windows 7 for good.

@Lady Celerity I feel obligated to state that LibreOffice is not freeware, but FOSS (Free Open Source Software). Totally different from freeware, because everything's open with open source and you're free to modify the code and distribute it even further. I got that hammered into my skull countless times and already say/type it automatically at this point, sorry :LOL:
There's a whole ideological movement behind it, btw. Interesting stuff.

Driving day! I made it well, no traffic, good weather, can't complain. But sitting for 6 hours does hurt my back!
